The Career Guidance Unit of the University of Colombo was created in November 1997, through the initiative of the University Grants Commission (UGC), Sri Lanka.
The unit functions directly under the Vice Chancellor. We are located on the upper floor of the two-story building between the University Main Library and the New Arts Building.
Providing and training for University of Colombo undergraduates to embark on an optimal career and develop the necessary transferable skills including attitude, motivation, and skills necessary to become efficient members of the workforce.
